Kenny Allen was born and raised in south Tampa, where he graduated from H B Plant High School and the University of Tampa with a degree in Marketing. A fifth generation Floridian, Kenny’s family has been business owners and civic leaders in Tampa for over 100 years. Kenny’s great grandfather, Giuseppe Guagliardo, was the founder of Sunny Florida Dairy, which is one of Tampa’s oldest local enterprises and is still in business today. A Realtor with The Toni Everett Company for 10 years, Kenny utilizes his extensive marketing background by successfully gaining the most exposure for his clients’ properties and securing the highest selling prices possible. When serving his client’s buying needs, Kenny goes the extra mile to find them exactly what they are looking for as well as negotiating a competitive price. Serving the Tampa Bay area, Kenny specializes in luxury homes, new construction, vacant land/tear downs and off market properties.

Eric was first licensed to sell real estate in 1988. Growing up in the state of New Jersey and a graduate from The University of South Florida with degrees in business and political science, Eric has made Tampa his home. Experienced in all aspects of real estate including residential, commercial and site sales, he sold over $80 million in just two years (2004 and 2005). Eric has sold pre-sale developments on the east and west coast of Florida.
